Eligibility:‍

The ParPrizes sweepstakes membership is open exclusively to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of participation. This sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The sweepstakes is void where prohibited, including in Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and any other jurisdictions where participation is not permitted by law.

Employees of ParPrizes LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, agents, suppliers, and any other individual or company involved in the design or production of the sweepstakes, as well as their immediate family members and individuals living in the same household, are not eligible to participate.

By participating, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

How to Enter:‍

Members of the ParPrizes Membership will receive entries into the weekly drawing based on the membership level they hold.

Conditions of Entry:‍

Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than the allowed number of entries by using multiple accounts, email addresses, identities, registrations, or other methods will result in voided entries beyond the permitted number and may lead to disqualification from the sweepstakes. The use of automated systems, including but not limited to, sweepstakes entry services, is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.

Drawing:‍

The potential winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing conducted by ParPrizes LLC from all eligible entries received by the specified draw date for each sweepstakes.

Requirements of Potential Winners:‍

Potential winners must comply with all Official Rules and meet all requirements to claim their prize. Winners will be notified via email or direct message following the drawing. Prizes must be claimed online within 30 days of notification. Failure to respond within the given timeframe will result in disqualification, and no alternate winner will be selected. Prizes will not be awarded if the winner is disqualified. Verification of eligibility is required before any prize is awarded. If the winner is under the age of majority in their state of residence, the prize will be awarded in the name of the winner’s parent or legal guardian.

Taxes:‍

Prize valuations are based on available information at the time of the sweepstakes and may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Winners are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes and other expenses associated with the transfer and use of the prize. Winners must provide valid identification, mailing address, and taxpayer identification number or social security number before any prize is awarded. Prizes are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged. Winners of prizes valued over $600.00 may receive an IRS Form 1099 for the applicable calendar year, and a copy of this form will be filed with the IRS.

Prizes / Odds:‍

ParPrizes LLC reserves the right to substitute any listed prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Brand names are trademarks of their respective owners and are not affiliated with this promotion. There is no limit to the number of prizes a person can win. Please allow up to six weeks for prize delivery. Prize images may not reflect actual size, style, color, or model due to printing variations or manufacturer updates. The total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the prize(s) is set for each sweepstakes. The ARV will be determined in accordance with applicable federal and state regulations.

Publicity:‍

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the entrant's consent for ParPrizes LLC and its affiliates to use the entrant’s name, likeness, city and state of residence, and any comments or testimonials related to the prize or sweepstakes for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration. Participants, finalists, and winners agree to grant ParPrizes LLC exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices, and likenesses for promotional purposes and waive any claims for royalties or compensation. Further, participants agree that ParPrizes LLC may disclose personal information obtained from participants to third parties for marketing and other purposes, except where prohibited by law.

General Conditions:‍

ParPrizes LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failure, or other factors impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. In such an event, ParPrizes LLC may award the prizes in a random drawing from eligible entries received before the event requiring such action. ParPrizes LLC also reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process, violating these Official Rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may result in criminal and civil prosecution, and ParPrizes LLC reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. ParPrizes LLC is not responsible for errors in registration information, lost or misdirected entries, or technical failures. All entries become the property of ParPrizes LLC and will not be returned. ParPrizes LLC may contact entrants and others whose email addresses are submitted as part of this promotion.

Release and Limitations of Liability:‍

By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants and winners release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless ParPrizes LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or use of any prize. ParPrizes LLC is not responsible for incorrect information, technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, or errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded, and in the event of an error, the prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from eligible entries.

Disputes:‍

All disputes arising from or related to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and exclusively by the State or Federal courts located in Hammond, Louisiana. Entrants agree that any claims shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket expenses incurred, excluding attorney’s fees, and waive any rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, and entrants waive any objections to the jurisdiction of these courts.
